  • Shipping error ?
In the event of a mistake in your order we are committed to providing you with the utmost customer support to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
  1. Download the Return Form.
  2.  On the Return Form, specify the reason for return: Shipping error
  3. Ship return by standard mail including your Return Form. Your return package must include the Return Form and return shipping receipt.
Upon receipt of your return package, the item originally ordered will be shipped out and we will credit your account for the return shipping charges (as per shipping receipt).


  • Defective item ?
In the event that you received a defective product we are committed to providing you with the utmost customer support to resolve the situation in a timely manner.
  1. Download the Return Form.
  2. On the Return Form, specify the reason for return: Shipping error
  3. Ship return by standard mail including your Return Form. Your return package must include the Return Form and return shipping receipt.
 Upon receipt of your defective item, a new replacement will be shipped out immediately and we will credit your account for the return shipping charges (as per shipping receipt).
Any defective item purchased on our website www.maison-close.us must be returned within 14 days. To ensure reimbursement of your shipping charges, you must include your return shipping receipt in your return package.


  • Exchange an item ?
Our conditions for product exchange:
  • Any exchange must be initiated within 14 business days from the receipt of your order.
  • All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
  • Lingerie items and accessories must be unworn and in their original packaging
  • Exchanges can only be made for the same item in another size or color
Should one of these conditions not be met, we will not be able to process your exchange request.

  3. Specify the name of the product you would like to receive as replacement ( name, size, color…)
  4. Ship return by standard mail including your Return Form.
Upon receipt of your return package, your new item will be shipped out within a week.
Returns fees will be at your charge.


  • Want a refund ?
Our conditions for a full refund:
  • Any refund must be initiated within 14 business days from the receipt of your order.
  • All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
  • Lingerie items and accessories must be unworn and in their original packaging
Should one of these conditions not be met, we will not be able to process your refund.

Upon receipt and verification of your return package, your account will be automatically credited. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing.
Your account will be credited for the original purchase amount and shipping costs.
A confirmation email will inform you when your refund has been processed.
