All orders shipped worldwide via Colissimo or another delivery provider on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.

Delivery time does not include Sundays and/or holidays.

For international orders, customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on the order or on the shipping charges.

Once an order has shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or modify the order. Maison Close’s Return policy applies to all shipped orders. If a package is not accepted and returned to us, a store credit will be issued less the original and return shipment costs. Maison Close cannot be held accountable for Acts of God, shipping commitments delayed due to inclement weather or other unavoidable occurrences.

In the event that you received a defective product we are committed to provide you with the utmost customer support to resolve the situation in a timely manner.

• On the Return Form, specify the reason for return: 6 - The item is damaged/faulty
• Ship return by standard mail including your Return Form. Your return package must include the Return Form and return shipping receipt.
  

Upon receipt of your defective item, a new one will be shipped out within 14 working days.
