HOW TO MANAGE MY RETURN?
On the latest, 14 working days after reception of your order, if you face one of the following situation:
- - Mistake on your order
- - Defective item
- - The size of one item doesn’t fit
- - One item doesn’t match with your expectations
- Please download the Return Form
- Contact us via the following e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Write your order number, the reason of return, the reference and size of the item you want to return (for example 608401 – size L/40/8/10-12).
- The MAISON CLOSE customer service will send you the UPS return label and the invoice (the invoice has to be joined to the package for customs).
- Once packed, you can leave your package in the UPS Access Point of your choice.
- After the reception of your package in our warehouse in France, we will check the items and if everything is OK, we will process the refund on your means of payment.
- MAISON CLOSE takes in charge the return fees with UPS solution.
HOW TO GET MY FULL REFUND?
The return procedure has to be initiated within 14 working days after reception of your order. All items have to be returned unworn, with their labels and in their original packaging
