What are the return conditions?

  • Returns are free. You have 30 days from receipt of your package to make your return.
  • Items must be unworn and in good condition in their packaging. They must have their original labels and their safety zip tie sealed. Items returned damaged, soiled or without their labels and safety zip tie sealed will not be accepted.
  • Latex items cannot be returned if they have been worn, washed or if any product has been applied to them.
  • For hygienic reasons, nipple covers cannot be returned. If the packaging has been opened, stockings, tights, socks, scented candles and masks cannot be returned. .

Maison Close reserves the right not to refund items if any of the above conditions are not met


If the item is non-refundable, we may return it to you at your expense in accordance with our returns policy.

How to get a refund?

  • Contact our Customer Service Department by email indicating your desire to receive a refund. We need to know your order number and the item number to be refunded.
  • Print the pre-paid return label* provided by Maison Close.
  • Print and fill out the Return Form.
  • Send the package back.
  • * Pre-Paid label is valid for one order and one return per order.

    Upon receipt of your package, we will check the condition of your returned items. After that, the refund will appear on the payment method used for the order.

    We will complete the refund as soon as possible. Please note that reimbursement times may vary from one bank to another.

    When will I receive my refund?

    Once the package is received by our warehouse, your refund will be made within 14 days.

    You will receive an email upon receipt of your return, then a second when your refund has been made.

    Can I make an exchange?

    Items can't be exchanged on our website. If you want a different size, another model or another colour, please make a return and reorder on our site.

    One of my products is defective. What should I do?

    If within 14 days of receiving your package, you find that one of your items is defective, we ask you to follow this process:

    1. Contact our Customer Service Department by email indicating your order number and the item number of the defective product. Please, add attached photos to illustrate the default. no returns will be accepted if the zip tie has been removed from the product.
    2. Based on this information, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
    3. Print the Return Form and indicate the following reason: 6 - The item is damaged/faulty.
    4. Send the package back.

    Upon receipt of your package, we'll send you a replacement product.
