• Remove and keep the protective films to use when storing the nipple pasties. Place the nipple pasties over the nipples and press lightly for a few seconds.

• After use, carefully remove the nipple pasties, making sure to avoid pulling at your skin. Clean the nipple pasties with a damp cloth. Leave them to air-dry on the non-adhesive side.

• Once the nipple pasties are dry, put the protective films back on and store in their box until the next time you need them.

• Use on clean, dry skin. Do not use on irritated or damaged skin. Remove immediately if you experience itching or burning.
